Sanded and ready for nail hole putty
I use famowood putty for the small stuff.
The last side panel making the middle depth at 8.5'' making the last panel 1 1/2'' shorter.
Epoxy fill in the seams ,needed a few wire ties..
the panels sanded to 3/16 thick..
I riped 1'' strips and all the panels except the first one will be striped to the forms.
The 1'' wide strips would not conforme to the forms on the first riser panel, 3/4'' strips might have worked..
the first riser panel was glued together on a flat surface and layout lines marked like it is done on a sheet of plywood.
The first riser panels
4 cedar beams I got for free
It weighs 40lbs. fliped it over to do another fill coat and a coat of graphite on the bottom
